
A few preparations can greatly facilitate a visit. These include bringing:
1. A STOOL SAMPLE if your pet is showing signs of vomiting, diarrhea or weight loss.
2. A URINE SAMPLE if your pet is showing signs of increased thirst, urinating excessively quantities, asking to go out more or blood in the urine
3. A LIST OF MEDICATIONS AND NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS you are giving your pet
4. A LIST OF RECENT VACCINATIONS NOT GIVEN BY US or any other relevant paperwork if you are coming for a consultation
5. A LIST OF YOUR QUESTIONS 6. A PLAN TO TO ARRIVE ON TIME for the visit or a few minutes early if you are a new client or have a new pet
